Friends terrorism is spreading very fast around the world. we can see its footprints in our country as well in Mumbai attacks, Bangalore, Parliment attack, Hyderabad blasts many more, So this is just a thought towards the prevention of it. Most of the times the urban areas are the main targets of the urban areas. If villages also want to adopt it, they too can do it. After all it is the safety that matters the most.
As the population of the country is increasing & city's are developing fast, to cope with the situation there needs to be more police stations in urban areas.
How can we do that?
The government alone can't do that, Its hear the participation of the public becomes important. Not depending on the area, for every 2000 houses there should be a Police station (P.S) with a minimum 10 personnel. These 2000 houses should form an association. Each & every house has to pay the association 100 rs 2000*100 200000Rs, this will be paid as salary for the personnel. Armory & gadgets for them will be provided by the government. so
How do we get these personnel? there are many retired army soldiers who are by default trained or students trained in police who haven't got selected for jobs (i don't see anyone else more patriotic than these), This way we can address the
unemployment problem also a bit.
These stations must have the complete details of the people who live in their jurisdiction with names address Contact nos etc, any of the new entry or exit from that area has to be reported in the station. In the same-way every person should have the Ph Nos of police personnel of their areas. The main work of these ppl is to keep an eye on terrorist activities in their areas. there should be cooperation between every P.S & sharing of intelligence.

These stations will also come in handy for kids, working women, Night shift working people during emergencies, these people can call these Police & request them for arranging them a cab Or auto etc in emergencies. This way we can prevent the atrocities that are taking place on women & so on.
Survelence camaras must be made compulsory for every rented house from the owners side in urban areas.
This should be made compulsory by the government while giving permission to build rented houses. For our safety we should be ready to pay some price "Money" Not the lives of innocent people.
